For those of us who can't afford such prices let's wait it out a bit to go down. 100 years should be enough. Or if you really gotta have it in your living room then you may want to have some cost recovery tactics. Why not charge an admission fee for all your visitors at moderate prices. Sell some popcorns and some hotdogs to boot.
